Kern County Tribute to Joseph Di Giorgio

The Kern County (California) Board of Supervisors named 1937 Feb 2 as “Joseph Di Giorgio Day.” People from all over the country came to the celebration, including Gov. Frank Merriam and Robert Rossi of the Italian Swiss Colony at Asti.
